Ingredients:
- 1 lb Just Pork breakfast seasoned ground pork
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced bell peppers, green onions
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the pork with onions until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9x13” baking dish, layer hash browns, cooked pork, cheese, and any optional veggies.
