Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Just Pork breakfast seasoned ground pork
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced bell peppers, green onions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the pork with onions until fully cooked. Drain if needed.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased 9x13” baking dish, layer hash browns, cooked pork, cheese, and any optional veggies.
